How do I get my unlock code?
When we receive your order, we'll confirm your payment details
and update our customer records. Then, we'll generate and email
you the information to unlock your copy of the software. This
is usually done within 24-hours. If you've placed an order and
have not heard from us in a few days, something is wrong! Please

What do I get for registering?
Upon receipt of your paid registration, we provide you with
a registration key and grant you an unlimited usage license to
your version of ClubNite Manager. You are also entitled to unlimited
technical support and any lettered updates which may become available.

What's the difference between a "lettered
update" and a "new version"?
The ClubNite Manager version number always consists of a decimal
number and possibly a letter suffix. The letter suffix indicates
a bug fix, software correction or minor modification. For example,
the lettered update to version 4.56 would be 4.56A, followed by
4.56B and 4.56C, etc. These releases are always free to licensed
users of that version.
A new version number is assigned whenever new features, enhancements,
and functionality are added to the product. The new version becomes
the next generation of the software. Registered users are eligible
for a discount on any new versions that come out.

Am I obligated to purchase new versions
when they come out?
No, your license grants you unlimited use of the version you
paid for. New versions will be available for you to purchase at
a discount, but you are under no obligation to do so.

How often do you update the product?
Whenever we find bugs in the software, we fix them right away
and make a new lettered update available to all licensed users.
We may also release minor product enhancements from time to time
in a lettered update at our discretion.
We don't have a specific schedule for releasing new paid versions,
however, and offer them only when we believe we have sufficient
enhancements to be of significant benefit to you.

Do you offer telephone support?
We are not able to make or accept telephone support calls at
this time. Unlimited technical support is provided by our Customer
Support Forum. Please join us there!

I don't want to use my credit card over
the internet, how else can I place an order?
You can fax us your order, send us a check, or use PayPal.

Do you accept PayPal payments?
Absolutely! Some people prefer PayPal because your payment is
transferred instantly from your account to the merchant's and
the merchant never sees your credit card information. Please refer
to the PayPal
website for more details.

Do you accept checks?
Certainly! Please use our shopping cart so that we have all
the information we need from you. Then, go ahead and send your

HI 96817. For faster service, we can email you an E-Check authorization.

Can I fax you my order?
Of course! Our fax number is 1-800-864-7557. Please use our
shopping cart so that we have all the information we need from
you and know to expect your order. Then, go ahead and fax us your
credit card information.

Can I email you my order?
Email is not a secure method of communication. We recommend
you fax us the order instead. Thieves can and do hijack email
messages as they are routed across the net. If you must use email,
please break up the information into two messages. In other words,
send us your name and the first half of your credit card number
in one message, and your address, last 6 digits and expiration
date in another. Please be sure to enter your order on our shopping
cart before you email so that we have the name, address and church
information we need from you.

Is it safe to order online?
We can appreciate how nervous you are to provide credit card
information on the internet. But is handing your credit card to
a waiter you don't know any safer? What about filling in an order
blank and sending it in the mail? You don't know how many hands
your card information goes through before it gets to the merchant.
In fact, ordering online is actually safer in many respects because
your card information is encrypted and sent directly to the merchant.
We utilize the latest and strongest encryption technologies. Your
credit cart information is never sent by unsecured means such
as email, and only stored long enough on the secure server for
us to process the information.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
ClubNite Manger is marketed with a fully featured evaluation
