ClubNite Manager has the most comprehensive list of reports you'll find anywhere to help you manage your club.

If you haven't taken the the feature tour yet, be sure take a peek at how easy reports are to run. All reports can be previewed on the screen, sent to the printer, or put on a disk and printed elsewhere. Here are some of the over 30 reports available to you with ClubNite Manager:

Pre-Club Reports
  • Clubbers that should be potentially deactivated. You determine how many weeks to use a cutoff to determine if a clubber is no longer coming and should be deactivated
  • Check in list for clubbers
  • Check in list for leaders
  • Clubber birthday list
  • Team listings
    • Teams can be set manually or you may use the automatic team assignment feature which will create equally balanced teams based on points earned over a selected time period. After automatic assignment, teams may be fine tuned by hand.

     

 

Reports for club time
  • Absentee reports by club. Lists clubbers absent and how many consecutive weeks they have missed.
  • A team listing showing clubbers who are not assigned to a team - userful for picking up clubbers entered since last team assignment and not yet assigned to a team
  • Dues summary listing those clubbers who have not paid their dues. Also tells you how many consecutive weeks they have failed to pay their dues
  • Awards listing. One of the more useful reports of the program. Will determine what awards clubbers have earned for a particular club night.
    • Clubbers name, rank, team and award are given. This information can then be attached to actual awards for later presentation.
    • A secretaries copy is also generated which can be kept for future reference if necessary.
  • Club Attendance awards listing. You set the criteria for how many clubs a clubber may miss and still receive their club attendance award
  • Sunday School Attendance awards listing. You set the criteria for how many Sunday School classes a clubber may miss and still receive their club attendance award
  • Team points listing. Calculated using clubbers handbook points, points earned from the different check in areas and game points
    • Game points are entered using the miscellaneous points table
    • This table can also be used to capture any sort of miscellaneous categories. For example, you may award points to the teams based upon how many visitors each team brought on a given night.
  • New clubber listing. This can be printed at the end of the club night and distributed to the different club directors for their own records
  • Sections passed listing. This can be run for a club night of for a range of club nights. This report shows exactly what sections each clubber has passed over a particular time period. Very useful for capturing those clubbers that sometimes slip through the cracks. It's difficult to keep track of how every clubber is doing, but this report will let you do just that.

 

Post-Club Reports
  • Summary Attendance listing. Shows the number of present, absent and excused clubbers for all clubs selected.
  • Attendance Status for Previous Weeks listing. You pick a period of 1 to 14 weeks and this report will show you the attendance status for each of those weeks for the clubbers from the clubs you select. Another useful report for preventing clubbers from slipping through the cracks.

 

Other Reports
  • Varsity Book Status Report
  • Awana Game/Spark-a-rama qualification listing. This report will show you who is qualified for these events and who is not. Shows sections completed for each clubber. The qualification requirement is set at 10 sections but may be changed by you if desired.
  • Bible Quiz qualification listing. This report will show you who has qualified for Bible Quizzing. You select the criteria for elegibility.
    • You can show only those qualified or you can show all clubbers and see exactly what each clubber has completed and how close they are to qualifying.
  • Clubber Listing. A list of names with a blank column. Useful for those times you need a check off list of some sort for a particular club, such as who paid for their Awana Games t-shirt.
  • Detailed Clubber Information Listing. This report gives you a detailed listing of all clubbers from the clubs you select. You determine what information you wish to see for each clubber.
    • You may select to show: address, phone, church, who brought them to club, age, team, and parents
  • Leader Listing. Shows who is working in what club and how many years of experience they have.
  • Club Calendars. Shows year calendar for selected club broken down into quarters
  • Labels. You may print labels for all clubbers from a selected club. Very useful for mail outs.
  • Attendance Cards. Used to capture information for a clubber when they first attend club. These cards match the order of the clubber screen for easy and quick data entry.
  • Clubbers by Church listing. Shows you which clubbers come from which church
  • Handbook Award Forecast. Perhaps the MOST useful report for when the end of the club year draws near.
