Clubber Screen

ClubNite Manager captures all relevent clubber information. When you think about it, that's quite a staggering amount of detail. But you can chose to omit details that aren't of any value to your club. The clubber information can be reviewed and updated at any time.

For faster data entry and greater accuracy, many of the entry fields pull down a predefined list of options. The Handbook field, for example, pulls down a list of all available handbooks for you to choose from. The church field pulls down a list of churches in your area that you've added for other clubbers - pick one off the list, or enter a new church.

A clubber's complete handbook record stays with the clubber as she progresses through the Awana program. The full breadth of handbook information from Cubbie through Varsity is maintained. You can see the clubber's current handbook at a glance. For greater detail, you can go to the handbooks tab and review the specific book and sections being worked on.
