Report Preview

The report previewer includes a number of convenient features and comes up automatically whenever you choose to preview a report. You can flip forward or backward through your pages, zoom in and out, mark pages of interest, search for text, and print the current page or send the whole thing on to the printer. It's exceptionally convenient, and many users use the preview feature all the time, whether they're going to actually print the report or not.
