Multiple Users

Mutliple User or Multi User? Well, both, actually. If you're set up on a local area network, or a small peer-to-peer environment, ClubNite Manager can support two or more simultaneous users. This would be a multiuser scenario. Multiuser support is built into every release of ClubNite Manager; it is not a separate product or an upgrade.

Note: If you are considering a multiuser installation of ClubNite Manager, we strongly suggest that you download an evaluation and test the software on your network. ClubNite Manager is very data intensive and its performance can vary greatly depending on your network equipment.

If your club has a networked computer environment, you must have quite a setup over there!

Most clubs we know of don't have quite so elaborate computer resources, so we've designed ClubNight Manager to accomodate Multiple Users as well. We accomplish this by allowing club records to be checked out of one computer and checked in to another. You can split up the paperwork between two (or more) leaders on separate computers, each running a copy of ClubNite Manager.

Clubber information is distributed by floppy disk. At the end of club, check them all back in to the main computer. With ClubNite Manager and multiple user processing, you can spend a lot less time recordkeeping and devote more time to your clubbers.

End of the Tour

We hope this brief introduction to ClubNite Manager has given you a glimpse of what the product can do for you. If you haven't done so, be sure to take a look at the reports section to get an idea of what kinds of information is available to you.

The only real way to get a feel for the product, however, is to download an evaluation copy for yourself. Why don't you give it a try today?
