Imagine this scenario: It's mid April, you've got maybe a month and a half left to finish off the club year. You've got to start ordering awards and trophies! The problem is, you don't know which clubbers are going to finish their handbook sections on time. ClubNite Manager can help. While we can't predict the future (not in this version, anyway), we can assist in your analysis of the situation by arming you with the information you need.

Our Handbook Awards Forecast is the right tool for the job and is just one example of ClubNite Manager's forecasting abilities. We've shown you a report options screen earlier in this feature tour. Here's the report options screen for the Handbook Forecast and On-pace Tracking Report:

Forecasting is simply ClubNite Manager's ability to assess your clubbers' progress in relation to the club year. In our scenario above, club is about 80% through its year. We can reasonably expect that a clubber who's been diligently working through the material, and is about 80% done, should be able to finish on time.

Based on that assumption, the Handbook Awards Forecast can give you a list of clubbers who are on track to finish (and who have finished), and generate an awards list and inventory summary. Of course, you can change the forecast parameters to suit you, and the final analysis of the results are always up to you. But consider this: it took longer for you to read about this feature than it would take to run the report!
