Club and Calendar

Each club is a little different. Not only from one Awana program to the next, but also within your own organization. ClubNite Manager allows you to set up each club with its own point system and its own calendar. You begin by defining the points and award parameters for a single club. Then you can automatically replicate its settings to the others if desired. A sample club screen for the TNT's is shown below.

ClubNite Manager is a calendar based system. At the beginning of the year, you define when your club nights will be and what activities you have planned. Don't worry, you can always make changes as the year progresses. Your calendar becomes a roadmap for ClubNite Manager to track what you've done, and what you have planned for the future. It's the calendar-centric nature of ClubNite Manger that gives it its unique ability to monitor and forecast clubber progress.

Setting up the club calendar is simply a matter of defining which dates will be club nights. After you've entered the first date, ClubNite Manager can automatically add successive weeks at the click of a button. Each club can have a different calendar, or you easily replicate one calendar to the others. That's all there is to it.
