Version 5.0 Updates
The following updates are free to all licensed users of ClubNite
Manager Version 5.0.
If you use the Check Out/Check In feature, please be sure to return
all clubbers to the main computer before applying any updates.
Don't forget to update each computer that has ClubNite
Manager installed!
We also highly recommend that you do a backup before installing
any new updates.
The version number of the software you are using is displayed in
the upper left-hand corner of the main ClubNite Manager window.
If more than one update is required to bring you to the current
version, please be sure to install the updates in the proper order.
Below, are our currently available updates and what changes they
incorporate.

What's New

Version 4.57 is no longer available for sale to new customers.
If you are an existing ClubNite Manager user looking for this version,
you will find the updates you need below.

| The full installation is for registered ClubNite Manager 4.57
users who need to reinstall their software or set up a new computer.
Since it comes with sample data, you should not install it over
an existing ClubNite Manager 4.57 installation unless you specifically
want to overwrite your live clubber information with sample
data. |

What's New
- Attendance Awards Report, Secretary's copy (at the end
of the report) would always sort in first name order regardless
of the requested sort order. Now the whole report sorts
based on the order you specify.
- TNT Gold & Silver sections previously could not be
marked until the all memory units were completed. They can
now be updated at any time.
- The Birthday Listing did not report the correct clubbers
with a date range from December through January. This has
been corrected.
- JV Service Award was getting automatically marked in the
Sprint book when entering memory units. This has been fixed.
- Handbook percentages were getting zeroes out when updating
clubber information. This has been fixed.
- "Clubber of the Month" field added to the clubber
browse and screen.
- A new report called "Individual Clubber Points"
has been added. This report is identical to the process
run during the New Teams Setup, but has been made into a
separate report for convenience

What's New
- The feature to check for possible family members when
adding new clubbers was inadvertently removed in the previous
version. It has been restored.
- Default attendance checkboxes were not working after checking
in the first clubber. That has been corrected.
- The current attendance date now displays correctly in
the clubber browse table.
- Check Out/Check In feature significantly improved
- Remote computers must be put into "remote mode"
- Main computer will only check out clubbers and check
back in
- Remote computers will only receive clubbers and send
back to the main
- Internal controls have all been tightened up
- .An option has been added to the Backup which will email
the file to Tech Support, if desired.
- The clubber attendance check in report now includes an
option to combine clubs on the listing
