• General
  • Club names are user-definable now. The names are specified in the ClubYear Settings.
  • Eliminated the ability to preserve live data when sample data is removed. Getting Started procedures revised to require sample data removal prior to going live.
• Clubbers
  • The phone number column on the Clubber and Leader browse will now sort properly whether or not an area code is present.
  • Clubber email address is now pulled in when copying from sibling clubbers.
  • If Gender is not selected on the clubber screen, then club, rank and book drop lists are disabled.
  • Required fields are now marked with an '*' on the Clubber screen.
  • Date of Salvation/Baptism/Recommitment, Dues paid for the year, and emergency contact information added to the Clubber screen.
• Attendance
  • Week by Week Attendance Listing now includes dues status and has been renamed to "Week by Week Attendance and Dues Listing".
  • Attendance screen now advances alphabetically by first or last name depending on how the clubber browse is sorted.
  • Attendance check in screen now allows all clubbers to be processed instead of only by club.
  • Attendance check in report can now list all clubbers or separated by club or team color.
  • Clubber new attendance cards have been modified to reflect the club's entrance test sections at the bottom of the card. This allows a clubber to fill out a card and say sections the first night.
  • On club attendance check-in screen, if Late check box is checked then all other checkboxes will be automatically unchecked so no points are earned.
  • Added two buttons beside the predefined queries on the Clubber table to display only clubbers who have or have not checked in selectively.
• Reports
  • Fixed a bug in the Current Handbook Summary report in which Books 2, 3, and 4 were displaying incorrect information.
  • Team points listing for a club night balanced scoring has been modified. Instead of being based on the maximum number of kids per team, it is based on the maximum number of kids attended giving a truer representation of the adjusted score.
  • Clubber List of Current Handbook Summaries can now include yearly attendance along with handbook information.
  • Salvation/Baptism/Recommitment Listing had been added to Other Reports.
  • Awana bucks for sections report now allows sorting by Awana bucks or total sections, in addition to name.
• Tools
  • Backup and transfer options no longer default to A:. They now use the default prn path specified in the user logon.
  • The backup utility now verifies that the file copied to the target drive matches the backup file created.
  • In the Checkout process, when multiple clubs were checked back in, only the first one was being marked. This has been corrected.

Version 4.57D (10-29-03)

• Team points weren't being added on completion of skipper, hiker and climber review and workbooks. This has been corrected.
• Team points weren't being added on completion of TNT books 2, 3, and 4. This has been corrected.
• A new points field has been added to the Club Year and Calendar Settings which allows you to award additional points upon completion of a group of sections. For example, additional points can be awarded for completing Discovery 2 or Bible Drill 4.
• Minor point calculations and report alignments we corrected.

Version 4.57C (10-22-03)

• Corrected a bug in the Clubber Browse which occurred when trying to access the "A" or "H" shortcut buttons when there was nothing displayed in the table.
• Attendance Check In screen now displays a "Dues Paid for the Year" notice if the corresponding check box is checked on the clubber screen.
