PDF Versions of our Manuals

Online help files are included with every copy of ClubNite Manager and come up automatically whenever you request "help" from within the software. Use these PDF versions if you need casual reading material, simply want to take a look at our documentation, or want copies of the manuals to print out.

Sample Data Tutorials, pdf version. If you've just installed ClubNite Manager, and are looking at it for the very first time, this is the manual you should be reading. It contains a series of tutorials designed to be used with the sample data included with the evaluation download.

User's Guide, pdf version. This is the comprehensive manual for ClubNite Manager. It describes screens, reports, operations, and all program functions in detail. A chapter on "Going Live" explains the steps necessary to go from working with the sample club information to setting up your real clubs and clubbers.

Transition Guide for Version 4.57 Users, pdf version. This manual is for customers on Version 4.57 who would like to upgrade to Version 5.0. It covers the key operational differences in the new version that you need to be aware of.
